This listing is for a brand new set of Stainless Steel? These 4-2-1 Tri-Y Style off-road headers are designed to allow the exhaust gasses to flow more freely from each 4 cylinder bank and combine in a more efficient manner.

Tubing has been optimized for the 260/289/302 engines. This creates a reduction in cylinder backpressure and improved exhaust gas velocity. This frees up lost horsepower and torque. Primary Tube Diameter: 1.5. Will not fit GT-40P heads or AOD transmission. Manual transmission cars require additional driver's side header clearance around the steering box. Fits manual transmissions using 10" or 10.5" clutch only. 1968-up bellhousings require driver's side header clearance.
