Chevrolet LS7 Engines - 2006 - 2015 Gen 4 7.0L. (8) Eight Premium 1-Piece Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves. Undercut Valve Stems, Swirl polished underheads. These EXHAUST VALVES are Black lightning Racing Valves provided by Qualfast/Qualcast. They are forged from the highest grade stainless (21-4N) steel, plus they are plasma nitrided on the stem and top of the valve.

Black Lightning's unique nitride coating is better than chrome for higher revving race engines producing less friction, exceptional wear resistance and increased strength and ductility. Their plasma nitriding process is superior to both the gas nitriding process and the salt bath process used by other valve manufacturers, because it imparts a hard, wear resistance surface without the need to remove a brittle layer associated with the traditional nitriding. The underheads are swirl polished stainless and the heads are designed with thinner margins to reduce weight and inertia. We also have Valve Seals, Valve Guides, Valve Seats, Valve Keepers and Valve Springs for sale (available on most engines).
