PC Racing FLO Spin-On Stainless Steel Oil Filter. The FLO oil filter is a reusable, spin-on filter built for demanding powersports applications. The filter element is made from laser-cut, medical-grade, type 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, providing consistent filtration down to 35 microns (absolute, 1-pass test) across the entire filter surface. Reusable stainless steel filter element made from type 304 micronic filter cloth.

Filters to 35 microns - approximately 3 times better than most paper or brass filters. Flows 7 times more than paper or synthetic filters. Pleat seam is welded (not glued) and able to withstand up to 600 degrees.

Maintains consistent flow under all conditions including extreme heat, presence of water, and cold start-ups. Super-strength nickel-plated neodymium rare earth magnet installed in the top of the element for magnetic pre-filtering. Sophisticated bypass engineered for proper differential pressures and consistent operation.

Twist-lock design assures positive filter element placement; allows easy disassembly, inspection, and cleaning. Quad-ring gasket doubles the seal between the filter and the engine. Gun metal anodized aluminum housing aids in heat dissipation. Built-in 17 mm drilled hex nut for easy removal and race track safety wire. Note the original filter position to ensure correct installation. Clean filter at each oil change with solvent, contact cleaner, kerosene, or any degreasing agent, including common dish soap.

Blow air through the filter from the inside out to remove small particles or cleaning agent. Lubricate rubber parts with clean oil before installation. Note: Bypass valve will not open on cold start-ups and high RPM. Filter Media: Type 304 Stainless Steel Micronic Filter Cloth.
